Support for your equipment

From one work truck to a fleet

We work with commercial vehicle owners and fleet operators across the Rio Grande Valley. Send the make, model, year, engine information and exact fault codes before scheduling. Coverage varies by vehicle and installed systems.

What a visit may include

A focused path to answers.

Fault-code review

Read supported modules, review active and stored faults, and relate the codes to the symptoms you describe.

Live data & targeted tests

Compare operating readings and perform supported component tests to narrow down the cause.

Aftertreatment diagnosis

Investigate DPF, DEF and SCR faults. Supported regeneration is considered only when the machine and conditions allow.

Findings & next steps

Review the checks performed and repair recommendations. Discuss any additional work before proceeding.

Available functions depend on the make, model, year, controller and connection. We confirm equipment support, visit cost and travel before scheduling.

Before your visit

Can you come to my truck?

Yes. This is mobile service by appointment. Send the location and whether the truck is parked safely and accessible so we can discuss the visit.

Can you clear a code or force a regeneration?

We first investigate the fault and confirm the supported functions. Clearing a code alone does not address its cause; regeneration depends on the truck and operating conditions.

What should I send before a visit?

Send the make, model, year, engine information, city, symptoms and exact codes. A dashboard photo, VIN and recent repair history help confirm coverage.
