LG Equipment Diagnostics & Repair
Privacy & analytics choices

When you request service
When you select “Send service request,” your name, phone number, optional email address, equipment details, city, symptoms and preferred timing are sent securely to LGDiag’s hosting server and emailed to our business inbox. We use these details to respond, confirm equipment coverage and arrange service. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.
The website does not save your form entries in browser storage or a public database. Our business email provider stores the delivered message. The server keeps limited spam-prevention records, including a keyed hash of the connection IP used for a 24-hour sending limit, plus a request reference and keyed message hash used for two hours to prevent duplicate emails. Expired records are removed when subsequent requests are processed. These records contain no raw contact details or message text. No form-tracking cookie is used.
A successful submission displays a reference number on screen. We do not automatically email a copy to the address entered. Avoid payment information or other sensitive personal details. If you use the call, text, WhatsApp or email links instead, you send your message through that service.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and clicks on call, text, WhatsApp and email links. These clicks show interest; they do not tell us whether a message was sent or a service was booked. Google receives technical information such as browser and device information, approximate location and a cookie identifier. Google also processes IP addresses to provide the service, including approximate location and spam detection, and says it discards raw IP addresses after use.
Our tracking excludes service-form entries, message text, machine details and the destination addresses of contact links. Page addresses sent to Analytics omit query strings and fragments. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Your choice
Analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics.” You can use the site and contact us after declining. The “Analytics choices” button in the footer lets you change your decision. If you decline after allowing, future analytics collection is disabled and we remove the site’s Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits. This does not erase data already processed by Google.
Your choice is saved in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies, when allowed, are configured to expire after 180 days and may refresh with a visit. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser may show the choice again.
Hosting and other services
The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver the website and may keep server logs. Some equipment photos load from Unsplash. Following a WhatsApp, Google review or other external link connects you to that provider, whose privacy practices apply.
Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
